This page explains the steps you should take to request deletion of your account in the shares.com app.
If there is no balance on your account, in the app please go to Account -> Settings -> Close account or in the web version go to Settings at the bottom left corner of the screen -> Personal details -> Close account.
If there is a balance on your account, please send an email to support@shares.com from the email address linked to your account. State your intent to deactivate your account and include a reason, if possible.
Please note that under certain circumstances, we may reject your deletion request. Such circumstances can be the requirements to comply with our legal obligations, including AML / KYC requirements. We will delete your account as soon as we are legally allowed to do so.
